  ShootQ is currently accepting customers in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

• Will ShootQ run on my PC? On my Mac?

  ShootQ is cross-platform because it is web-based. We currently support several major browsers including Safari and Firefox on both Mac and Windows.

• Can I install ShootQ on my own server?

  ShootQ keeps it simple! Since it's a hosted software solution, you don't have to install anything on your computer. We maintain the servers and security as well as any updates and improvements so that you don't have to worry about any maintenance.

• Can my employees login to ShootQ as well?

  Yes. ShootQ allows multiple users to login to the same studio. Using the task manager, ShootQ will help you manage tasks and assign them to specific employees. When those employees login, they will be reminded of the tasks they have to complete. You can also manage each user's permissions for enhanced security.

• Does ShootQ sync with other calendar programs?

  ShootQ syncs seamlessly with most calendar solutions, including iCal, Google Calendar, and Outlook. Also, any calendar program that syncs with ICS feeds can get your calendar feed from ShootQ.

• When upgraded versions of ShootQ are released, are they free?

  Yes, since ShootQ is web-based, all upgrades to the core feature-set of ShootQ are free of charge to our members.
